Why do we need this – including the always present double dependency from techology which is from the tech itself and from the ones who own it – when we have meditation, an independent way that is proven (even nowadays scientifically) for millenia to have at least the same if not better effects?:

A Boddhisattva is someone who according to buddhist experience became enlightened in a way that sHe resolved all past karma which enabled the person to choose to be reincarnated again or not.  A Boddhisattva
chooses to come back to earth to help others on their way. This one may be an unusual but nevertheless effective way to do this:

Here is one of these talented young musicians who takes on the world with great zest. His name is Martin Grubinger, he is Austrian and he is a multi-percussionist. In other words he hits melodic (i.e. vibes, marimba) or less melodic (i.e.drums, gongs) instruments with his sticks and amazing craft (he is the one playing the sole snare drum):
