In this article Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi summons his 30 years of research into the creative personality (found in Psychology Today). Maybe it helps the reader to understand a bit more of the challenges and rewards to be creative. Maybe it raises appreciation levels for creative people to whom societies owe a lot:
